Did not get the job
Had a good hour talk. Was told I came very highly recommended, so that is good, but while I could (his words) “easily handle the organizational and administrative aspects” I do not have the technical knowledge to create the training programs which are part of the job.I am dissapointed, very much so. But we have the event next week and I feel like all eyes will be on me to see how I perform. It is very clear that they take the hardest working people and reward them. I guess I just got to work my ass off.
While I didn’t get this position I was essentially told to hang in there and I am one of the good people. Hoping that a salaried position opens up soon - I would hate to leave here since it is so hard to get in.
